Sunday polo in Florida, yes I said Florida and yes

Sunday polo in Florida, yes I said Florida and yes it was in the 40’s Fahrenheit, single digits celcius with a chill factor of minus a thousand. 🥶 but still good to be back on the @nationalpolocenter grounds listening to @gus_whitelaw on the mic and catching up with friends @itsleilani and a very good reason to wear my @fairfaxandfavor boots and my @alice_walk cashmere scarf.

Had to hop on this trend because 2016 was an epic year. Many firsts - press passes to the US Open, The Dubai Gold Cup, Cartier Queens cup, British open and Copa de Oro, lunch in the Royal Box at Guards with La Martina, polo holidays at Polo Valley, traveled the world (20+ countries), had my first bad fall from a horse, rode on beaches in St Martin, Bali and Denmark, made new friends, moved continents three times, and started two new jobs, one of them being part of the marketing team for the inaugural season of the Al Habtoor Polo Club, and so much more. Narrowing it down to these 45 pictures was hard🙈

What a wonderful trip down memory lane, I hope 2026 brings some fun new adventures, although I don’t know if I could keep up with THAT level of adventure again.😅

I had never sat on a horse before and now I’ve played polo in over 14 countries and counting and made friendships for life. Words of advice: take the intro lesson! It’s the best thing you will ever do.

Polo in Denmark. 🇩🇰 It makes my heart so happy to see my beloved sport played in my home country. Well done @cphpolo 👏🏼for bringing community together around the horses and steadily growing the sport in Denmark. ❤️ and what an amazing setting with the sea right there behind the polo field (and if you look closely you can also see Sweden beyond the water).
